R65 admin fee for R4.43 insurance???

Last year, I put a claim in which you guys took an eternity to process, in which time I sold the car for more than you guys were going to pay out as it was "written off", and afterwards you refused to pay? Then today, a year later I get an email of my renewal schedule? I've been paying R 69.43 for a year I was unawear of, as it is under R 100 and I didn't get SMS notifications??? How retatrded must I be to pay a R 65 admin fee for R 4.43 insurance. So you cancel that insurance and you do it TODAY!!! No phone calls, the only correspondence I want is confirmation that it has been CANCELLED!!! YOu've robbed me of R65 a month for a year!!! If you're that desperate for money, just ask and I'll consider making a donation, once you've given me my admin fees back
