On 15 August 2013 I've lodged a claim.

I was requested to e-mail photos of the damages to my vehicle. I did so the very next day and I recieved an e-mail stating that they received my e-mail.

Since then, Iv'e followed up twice because I didn't get any feedback. On both occasions I was told that I will be contacted. But I have to contact MiWay every time to follow up because I don't get any feedback.

I understand a claim can't be finalized in 5 days, but to not give any feedback??? Really!
