FNB allowing people to money out your accoun

Dear Wendy,

We having so much problems with FNB lately and funny enough it is always close to pay day or 2 days after payday. Whereby money gets takin out of your account and without your consent get transferred to whomever needs the money (won't mention companies). Where is the privace of having an account with them. They are one of the most "savest" banks to bank with and the wordls leading number 1 bank??? so they say but it is not. I am not the only person with that problem, it happened with my work colleugues and my husband. This is really ridiculous and it feels like that they can take off money as they wish and when you contact them they just say sorry we can't help you. And refuse to pay back the money, and I am talking about R4000 plus going off. I don;t think anyone has R4000 just to be takin off without budgetting for it. Then they have no security as to going on with booking tickets online. People could book tickets on line with my card and FNB failed to sent out that OTP number to authorise before payment went through and that is another R3800... that is ridicilous at some point you have to draw the line. I have decided to close my account with FNB!!!
