I have contacted the call centre at miway and Katlego gave me feedback after the person dealing with my claim never phoned me back, and he assisted me with feedback. now n few days later i mailed him again asking for feedback and with no problem he cc me in a mail asking for urgent feedback from the back. Katlego your a star you belong in the claims department excellent work on client service.
