Early this year I put a claim in for minor scratches on my car. Like many others here with the same complaint I was asked what other damages there were and like a naive first timer I mentioned those, not because I ever wanted to claim them. Fine. I was given a service centre number and received quotes from them on two separate occasions at Ms Britz's request. But because those were below the Smart Insurance limit, she asked me to go to a different service centre.By now I was annoyed but I went there. There again I received a quotation which was below the amount capped by the insurer but again, I was told this was not good enough.

How can 3 quotations from 2 service centres be disputed?

Your Ms Britz has actually become clever though because she does not place these outrageous requests on e-mail where they can be traced, she sends an SMS requesting clients to call and in her condescending tone tells them to yet again find a quote so the insurer doesn't have to pay.

I've since tried, unsuccessfully to cancel this useless contract. How do I go about that since Bidvest Finance through whom I took this insurance has not responded?
