Their ultimate goal is oviously not to pay

I claimed for repair of scratches on my car last yr and i got accident after so when they repair my car they fixed those scratches as well so i never follow up that claim as it was not necessary anymore. so this yr i logged in a new claim with SMART insurance and they said they can't log it again as it has expired. I supplied a proof that i am not claiming for the same scratches and then they logged it. They have send me to get a quotation for the scratches that i requested a claim for and that quotation was almost the Max amount that they cover. Then they send their photographer to take pictures of all the minor damages that are on the car that i don't need to fix them & requested a combined quotation and that she won't proceed with my claim until i submit it. I refused as they don't bother me at all and i didn't request them to be fixed and i knew that they are pushing for my quotation to be above their max amount that they cover per incident. After explaining my reasons not to take the car for requotation they said that the scratches are longer than max length that they cover of which i DISAGREE. Since day1 they've been coming up with reasons not to pay and it's UNACCEPTABLE.
