On Thursday 14th August my glass shelf broke and dropped our WII and PlayStation thus breaking both. as I was on study leave, my husband called Budget to lodge a claim upon which he was promptly infirmed that we did not have an active policy. After getting a bank statement proving the deductions for the premium was still being deducted every month, we called back. Once again we were informed that all our details had not been updated even though this had been done end March 2013. we again tried to lodge the claim, whereupon my husband was advised this could not be done as these items were not listed. When I again called back and advised that I myself had listed these, I was informed that they were listed under out and about and not household items and that my husband had not asked the right questions and thus had been told he could not lodge a claim. On Friday I spoke to a Natasha and was promptly advised that she herself would contact my husband to arrange for the claim to be lodged correctly. I myself had to call them back on Friday 23rd August to once again try to lodge this claim. I must admit I find the service atrocious!! the worst ever!!! have still not been helped!
