Unpaid claim

My car was in possession of my husband, I lodge a claim with auto and general and my case was handled by shaun. After investigations he told me they are not paying because my husband was using the car for business purposes and I am not insured for business purposes. My husband has his car, it was just giving him problems at the time hence he was using my car at the time. I have been with the company for four years without a claim and I didn't even get the cash back bonus as per the contract. Please help
