HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I am a legalwise client and I had an isssue which I loged with legalwise concerning a default judgement that had been listed against my name. On the 26th of July I was suppose to appear in court to get the process started a date which legalwise confirmed with me and I took leave for. On the 25th of July 2013 Johanna called me saying that, that listing is not on my credit profile so I dont need to appear in court. When I checked my profile the following week I was shcoked to find it was still there. I spoke to a guy by the name of Trevor Dire who was facilitating the process as my initial offfice of consulting was Boksburg. Trevor called me to check if my query was resolved and I told him that I was unhappy and relayed the entire story. Johanna then called me screaming at me telling me that she calculated that that, that default should have been off due to her knowledge of defaults when I asked her why she did not pull a report to prove it before csncelling my court date she said she didnt have to. I told them I have started a new job and do not have any leave and requested that theyget me legal represntation as I would not be able to get time off work she said she cant help.
