Absa Insurance refuse to payout

I had an incident where a gang came and break down my back door and smash most my windows. I have a corner house without front gates yet, so at night guys runs through my yard and jump over the wall to the back road. So people assume they run into my house.

I am busy renovating the inside of my house, so I have my 2 brothers living there. The insurance guy came and saw the damaged cause, but have declined the claim. Saying due to there is no build in cupboards etc.

In the insurance policy it clearly states that in point 1.9 malicious damage is covered. Can you please resolve this for me, because what is the point of having insurance and when you need it they can't help you? Adnaan from Absa was suppose to send me a letter and a week later I am still waiting. If this can't be resolve, then i will definitely move my bond account as well.
