You in a conference and get a call that your house has been broken into. He even assures you that a locksmith will be organised for you to replace your lock. Above that a security will come and take care of you for 48 hours. That for me was a wow.

Then the claim process start, Neo and Nishal requested documentation to ensure that the process is not delayed. You call cant get hold of them but they made sure they returned the call with necessary feedback. From claim to finalisation took less than 8 working days. That for me is excellent. The only company I remember who was capable of that was Outsurance. With discovery insure being in its infancy but being able to compete with the likes of Outsurance with service is remarkable.
