No reply to CANCELATION email

I have requested a Cancellation of our property insurance at Absa via e-mail: [Email Removed] They do not pay for claims and that's why we want to cancel! Our swimming pool claim as well as border wall claim has not been covered by Absa! When I phoned the call centre to request the cancellation, the rude lady said that I must just remember that it is Absa's house because we are paying the bond!!! If it is Absa's house, why don't they pay for the damaged pool or border wall?? If it is still Absa's house, why don't they maintain it weekly at their cost??? Ridiculous

PLEASE CANCEL OUR INSURANCE! I have sent the E-mail of the cancellation on the 11th of November, thus I will be paying the insurance until 11 December and not one day longer!! I will also submit a complaint at the Ombudsman!!
