Debit order date incorrect

I have a debit order that is scheduled to come off on the 25th of each month on payday. Instead this was presented on the 23th at 06:36 which was duly bounced. How can MFC Nedbank present a debit order to my account before the date as agreed upon in the contract? I want a apology from Nedbank and my account must be credited with the costs to cover the bouncing of the debit order!
