Impact alaert from discovery insure

I was in a accident tonight, expected discovery to call me" as I have there new product installed in my DS3" DQ tracker, they supposibly have a function called impact alert which access the impact by onboard electronic tracker system, and then determine how severe the accident was, and send out the ambulance or helicopter? Nothing like this happened, I didn't even get a call from somebody at discovery insure!! I have been with them for almost 2 years and never had to claim for any thing, now when I need them, there products don't work!!
