The entire backbone of this product is based on being rewarded for being a good driver. However I am getting a raw deal because I am paying a monthly subscription for a product I do not have. I have called several times to ask them to install a tracker in my car so that I can also be rewarded for good driving behaviour. They have still not installed the tracker yet every month they take money from my account.

I am very disappointed and worried that I left a good insurance company (first for women) and joined a bad one. Imagine if they cannot even give me the tracker now... What is going to happen the day I need to claim? This is a nightmare!
