I had an accident 6mnths ago. Misplaced my proof of ownership of my car. Had to go through to the north west to apply for another copy. That was a huge mess up and i dont think i need to get into service delivery from government. I eventually got the papers and sent it through to Santam Insurance. I was sent throughthe contact persons details that i need to speak to. Was given to me by the lady who rode into me. I called a guy by the name of Thulani. He told me tht it was my responsibility to call him and follow up with him. We got into an arguement and waited for about a day or two for feedback. I then spoke to the lady who rode into me and she got someone else who is now dealing with my claim by the name of Innocent. Innocent is rude snd arrogant and very unfriendly! I then called the complaints department and told my story to a lady by the name of Fatima who took my details and promised to get the manager to call me. Im still waiting! An accessor has not been sent out as yet to have a look at my car. I was told by Innocent to send pictures. When i spoke to him today he said i should call back next Wednesday for feedback. He will not call me i should call him because he is busy.
