BAD ATTITUDE/NOT WILLING TO ASSIST

I have topup shortfall cover with Absa and called in for assistance, spoke to a lady by the name of Shana, who spoke to me as though she was speaking to a nobody, when i asked her what is the procedure and what do i do from my side, she said i do nothing she will call me, shew has not called me till today, instead when i call she gives me attitude, i called Monday this after a week i spoke to her and was assisted by another lady who said the insurance has paid, Shana will forward a claim to the insurance department, i called again today, Wednesday and Shana says she was not in since Monday, she has come in today and she has a million things, this got to me and i also became irate, she told me and in her exact words she said i'm going on about this and she will call me, my answer was i paid for the service that is why i'm going on, i have not had any feedback from her whatsoever and this is now day 8, she then said she will attend to my query as she has a million things to do, this will take 5 to 7 days once submitted, with her attitude i think i will wait a month, she has an I DON'T CARE ATTITUDE, towards customers who pay her salary. can i please be assisted as i want to apply for another ca
