Good day,
I am writing this complaint out of frustration for a supposedly GOOD BRAND insurance company called SANTAM. I had an accident on 1 February 2013 and the lady who caused the accident assured me that she will make sure my vehicle gets fixed and this will ofcourse go through her insurance company. i have gone out of my way to make sure all the documentation is sent to santam. Not to mention the fact that i CONSTANTLY had to use my airtime and time to crawl after santam to tell me what documentation is still needed. This is now week 3 since the accident and i am in a position where i have to make alternative arrangements for transport and fork out extra cash to get to work. i am beyond fuming right now because i am currently dealing with lady with the name Levina Levendall who i feel does not address my situation with urgency.
I just got off the line with her and the feedback i received was that the person who is dealing with my claim is not in today. How unproffessional!!! Please can i receive contact from the head of the legal department before i start taking this matter to a lawyer.
