You are utterly, utterly inept

It's far too long a saga to relate all of it.

In summary: I closed an account over a year ago (I have all the correspondence) and requested a final balance in order to clear down the account completely.

It seems the person responsible, DIDN'T close the account and now I am being pursued by call centre trolls two or three times a day for monies I do NOT owe to the bank.

You aren't a financial organisation, the Standard Bank is a protection racket, I am thoroughly sick of you and the mindless cretins you employ.

Happy to see you in court over this; you deserve worse.
