After several visits to branches to change my cellphone number for my OTP and notifications this has still not be done. My number was changed, but I still don't receive notifications or receive my OTP on the right cellphone. Everytime I get told, it will work in a hours time - but without any previal. After phoning Standard Bank, they told me the branch must sort it out. Then my call got directed to the branch - the RUDE lady said she will phone me back. This never happened! Then I completed the form on Standard Bank's site, and again Nothing Happened! Sick and tired of this. And I simply don't have time, to go the branch during the week. And when I do go to the branch, they seem not to know, what they are doing!
