My cellphone number where i receive my OTP is my old one, so i can not do once off payments or add recipients because of this. I phone the call center just to change my cellphone number and they were not able to help me not even the supervisor could help me. They did a validation check and apparently i failed and have to go to the nearest branch to make any changes on my account. I do not understand how it is possible to open an account on line but you cannot change a cellphone number online. So much for banking with the best bank.
I had to make a payment to somebody very urgently and all they can say is sorry you need to go to a branch. This is unacceptable.
