I've transferred money from my Capiect account into another account I than realised that its in incorrect account. I called the call centre to recall the money they than informed me that it takes 7 days for them to recall the money. I was also informed that I will be notified whether the money has been recalled successfully or not. Its now well over two weeks and I haven't heard anything from them. I will not advice anyone to bank with them. Usually when this happen at other banks your money get recalled immediately. Are they really as advance like the inpression that they give to the public? I'll think twice before I bank with them again. I'm closing this account first thing Tuesday morning.
