STANDARD BANK NEGLECTING TO TRANSFER MONEY

I refer to my complaint against Merchantile Bank. It now transpired that Merchantile Bank refunded the money, BUT not to my account but to a Standard Bank suspense account. Standard Bank has been sitting with these monies since the 11th of November 2013. Till today and after numerous requests from Merchantile Bank, I am still waiting for the money to be paid over. Now they (Standard Bank) want to launch an investigation first. Here comes another 3 or more weeks of various persons phoning me with various differenct stories as to why they cannot transfer the money immediately and passing the blame back to some one else!!! Why is it such a struggle with banking institutions?? Do we not pay enough towards fees etc? Why do we have to sit with bad service??
