Problem still not resolves

I had a password problem with my online banking which I reported initially a month ago to the call center and a week ago on Hello Peter.
Someone called me from FNB shortly after I logged my call and promised to send me an email address where I could send a screenshot of my error messages... still waiting
I am ready to close my FNB account
