Good Afternoon

i have registered a business with FNB online and was sent a 3 page document and wast told that i need to take that document to CIPC to get the name i wanted for my company . i had to take off from work drive from kempton Park (Gauteng) to Pretoria spent 4 hours at the cipc and was sent away and was told that FNB did not send me all the documents and that i need to contact them .when i called FNB again i was told that they have done their part and i need to contact sumeone from cipc again for help. FNb also told me then that i can do my company registration online, so i tried but i needed a user name and password witch i did not receive . so i called FNB agen and told them what it says online then i was told that they forgot to send me the user name and password . when that was sent to me i tried again and it worked . i was sent a gold Card a few days later . and when i tried to use the card it was not active so i called the contact center again and was told that i must go to the bank and they will help me, so i went to the bank . at the bank i was told that i need to contact the call center. this has been two weeks now and is unacceptable, Income was lost
