What Account? Why Blacklist me?

I keep on getting calls and sms's from RCS to pay my account, although I have numerous times told the I have never ever open an account with them and the date they gave me on which the account was open, my ID document and other Cards was and I gave them the Case number. This they totally ignored and after a credit check I found they blacklisted me.
