False info about account

I have an account with Mr price. When I did open it the staff gave me the wrong information on witch account to open. I wanted an account for furniture 24months but the info was given to me 12 months. After opening my account I was told for a higher credit it had to be a 24 month. I am now of for on numerous accounts I tried to switch to a 24month for higher credit biut for some reason I been declined. I do pay my account up to date and afyer applying for a credit limit increase still I get declined. My account is not even in arrears. Oi do think this is a case of who you know in the company. I am very dissapointed with the service and rejection.
