Never has a account now blacklisted

I received an SMS stating that I have been blacklisted as a bad payer. The only account I am aware of is one that my daughter in law apparently has with inter care. This account should never have been allowed as I gave never gas an account. It was always cash that I paid. The fact that inter has allowed my daughter in law to open an account under my name is completely illegal in the first place and I will be taking it further with my attorney. If I have been blacklisted as a result of the above I will take that matter to the ombudsman and further if needed. Please advise urgently as this seriously effects my credit ratings.
