On 1 September 2013 I received an sms that R2500 was withdrawn from my account at Karaglen. I was however at my friend's house in Midrand and had my card with me. I immediately phoned the number for enquiries and they put me through so I can stop my card and open a case. My card was stopped, they gave me a reference no and said a case was opened. I went to collect my new card and they told me that it can take up to a month to pay my money back. On 20 September I phoned to follow-up only to learn that no-one ever opened a case. The reference number they gave me when I phoned was for the stopping of the card. On this day Nomsa helped me to open one and gave me a ref no 3400238. She told me it can take another 10 working days. Since last week I've been phoning numerous times just to be kept on hold and when I eventually get through, they put me through to someone else and I am left on hold, over and over again... I was on hold now again and they just hang up. I would really like it if this case can be resolved ASAP because I need the money to pay my rent with which I'm already a month behind now.
