Issued contracts using others information

MTN issued a laptop account to another person using my information and now they deduct the money from my bank account. When I enquire about the information of the shop that issued the contract they refused to give me the information. I stay in Mpumalanga province and the person they gave contract on my name he/she stay in Verreniging and MTN told me to go to Vereeninging to enquire about the account. I never open any account with MTN or been to Vereeniging. MTN is hiding the information from me because what they care for is money even from the people who never requested any account with them. I requested my credit check and I found the address that was used by MTN and the particular person as proof of residence when they open the account. The address is 3257 Nyagasa street, Sharpeville, Vereeniging 1928, and I can not go travel that far because of the MTN negligent. MTN has to go to that address and get their laptop because I never requested their account and I was never went to any of their shops. And I want MTN to stop calling my phone to sell their product because I never gave them my number and I'm not interested to use anything from them. I want MTN to clear my name.
