On the 26 June 2012, I met an accident. I contacted First for Women and by the first week of July my vehicle was sent in for repairs. Thereafter proceding of my claim started.
Being a women and experiencing my first accident, it was very stressful for me but I was rest assured whenever I received feedback from Natasha, she had never left me out on any improvements about my claim.
When Natasha mailed me on the 06 March 2013 to say that my claim had been resolved, it was as if a weight had been lifted of my shoulders.
I must highly comment Natasha and her team on the brillant work they have done, you guys have definately went the extra mile and given me superb service.
