I had an accident with my car and there were some complications with the ensurance. I was intruduced to the claim assessor Mr. Charles van Niekerk at the loss adjusting department with First for Women at Dainfurn. He needed information from me to have a look at the claim as a hole. At no time was he rude to me and he was always there trying to assist with the claim and the contents of the claim. He tried to help where ever he could and he understood the nature of where I had came from and where I had to drive to on the day of the accident. He was clear at all times where he was with the claim and he would contact me on time or he would send a e-mail to let me know where he was. I did not know that that type of understanding a client ever existed and that there is still people that will go another mile to assist where ever they can. First for Women is defenitly on my list as an insurance company with its kind employees working there. They do look after women... and they do put us first not only with cheaper premiums but also with there kind words and compassion no matter what the problem is.
