Still waiting on feedback

I sent them a an email to cancel my policy as im moving to my husbands insurance. I also called them more than once. Everytime i get the same response: "Please be advised that we have received your request for the cancellation of your policy. We have escalated the enquiry to our group specialist team. You will be contacted to finalize the cancellation." The last time was the 21st of Jan.

I AM STILL WAITING FOR CONFIRMATION. Just love how companies are quick top respond when they can make money off you but when you dont give them income anymore they just dont care...
