Requested cancellation but still debited account

I refer Unity Insurance to the e-mail below which acknowledged their receipt of my e-mail requesting cancellation of my car cover policy with them on 28 June 2013. However, they went ahead and tried to debit my account on 10 July 2013. This resulted in charges against my account as I did not make provision for this transaction. Well, I didn't have to. Please sort this out, and ensure that the bank charge of R138.00 against my account is paid.
