Someone drove into the back of me and my insurer, First For Woman, was initially very helpful. On 23 July, a woman called Juanitha requested several documents from me to complete my claim, advising that another person, Hlubi would be dealing handling it. I submitted my documents on the 30 July and got two quotes for repairs to them by the 8th August. I heard nothing back. I tried to call repeatedly and the number rang and rang. I then sent a mail on the 13th August to follow up. NO RESPONSE. I sent another mail on the 14th August and then another on the 15th August. STILL NOTHING. Later that day on the 15th, I managed to get hold of someone, Avril, who listened to my story and immediately emailed a request for Hlubi to follow up with me (I was cc'd, as was the supervisor, Vekash) by the end of the day. I HAVE STILL HEARD NOTHING.

FIRST FOR WOMEN, YOUR SERVICE IS ABSOLUTELY ABOMINABLE AND I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND YOU TO ANYONE!

I WANT TO KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON WITH MY CLAIM!
