No responce after 3 emails & call back request

On the 22nd July they confirmed that my policy has been cancelled only to deduct the policy amount again from my account the 26th July. I sent them an email the 29th July to advise that the amount had to be reversed - no response received. A follow up email was sent again on the 7th August and a call back request set on their website as the number supplied apparently has some technical fault and you are unable to get hold of them via telephone. Another request for response was emailed 12th August and once again I am still awaiting feedback. If this is what is seen as client service I am appalled that they are still in business. Why is it that these insurance companies are so quick to sign you on as a client, but when you want to cancel a policy your no longer worth a response to a simple email?
