First For Women Insurance
Empty promises has me stuck in Durban

I called First for woman to register a claim on Friday, 16 August as my wheels had been from my car. The agent named Daisy Ntsudisane handling the claim had me get quotes which I did. I emailed her and went as far as to follow up on whether she got the quotes. In the midst of enquiring how the process will take place she did not respond and ignored my emails as I expected her to give me feedback on how the claim will be handled and as I write this I have no wheels on my car nor do I know what on earth is going on. Daisy who seemingly doesn't work on a Saturday didn't bother to communicate this to me and I had to call the insurance all over again. This time I dealt with Darren February who assured me he would handle the claim and give me feedback which he didn't and seemingly went home as well. I have called dozens of times and emailed, I'm highly upset how my claim has been handled. I'm stuck in Durban for 3 days and accommodation isn't free. Why have First For Women when the very agents could care less about what the consumer is going through.
