Furious and have no answers

Good day.in 2007 I had a rescission order from the court to take me off trans union.however I'm still on. I'm wanting to purchase and finance a vehicle, but guess what I can't because you people never took me off from 2007.i want to swear and call names which won't help me.i phoned today.now I must fax my rescission order from court again and a copy of my id.i need you to sort this out ASAP!!! I DO NOT have the time to fax this through again.you can look in your system and pick up all my details there.thank you trans union for stuffing people around from pillar to post getting no help from anyone.now I must fax things through to youse which im told could take 1-20 days to get off.this is and unacceptable.sort it out today take my name off your system that should have been done in 2007.i cannot make debt now or open any account thanks to you.sort it out.i want proof im off the credit bureau asap.i will not send anything through. I've got the rescission order that I sent youse a few yrs ago but no one obviously done their job and yes im still listed. SORT THIS OUT TODAY!!! I WILL NOT WAIT FOR 20DAYS AGAIN TO GET OFF.YOU TOLD ME IN 2009 BUT IM STILL ON!!!
