I received my credit card in october last year and i used it in November for about R 3800 (Credit Limit was R5000). Upon receipt of my credit card I was told that the I must pay R150 per month and I dwas never told about any charges. Now I have already paid a thousand on my credit card but instead of the amount reducing its actually going up. They don't send me statements or sms of mhow much I must pay yet they sent me an sms saying that my account is in arrears, I want to know where the money I am paying is going. I cannot keep on paying whilst my account is not reducing but doubling up. I called them today the 10 June 2013 but they also can"t give me an answer, the lady I spoke to just kept quite and told me she doesn't know. Blue Bean has the bad service and they mislead their clients into opening credit cards with false advertirsements!!! I need an answer asap. I am not happy with Blue Bean!!! I am one angry Client with them!
