KEEP PUTTING DEBIT ORDERS TROUGH MY ACCOUNT

Hi, i'm very unhappy with b-sure, last year in July, i bought a car. Then b-sure contacted me with the insurance, they charged a R650admin fee. So i cancelled it the same day, as other insurance companies do not charge so much just for a admin fee. I sent trough a email to cancel, they then phoned me and confirm that it was cancelled and said that the admin fee wil be waived. Then in August last year they tried to put trough a debit order twice trough my account as it didn't go through because i didn't have that much money in my account, i struggle for them to get back to me after phoning and email. This is the email they sent trough
"With regards to your previous emails, my apologies for it not being sorted out right away.
Please note that the admin fee has been waived and that no further deductions will be taken from your account by B-Sure Africa"Then again they tried to deduct money September last year. I sent trough emails again and they then said it was a mistake on the finance side. It will not happen again. Now a year later its the same story, twice again in August, now its the systems that has been reset, that was after the first debit order, im really stuggeling.
