I have requested Cell C to cancel my contract because it was already past the 24 month period, the person did fill a form to cancel my contract, this was on the end of May. I have stopped the debit order and when the money went trough my account it was reversed instruction on my request from the bank and I have paid for this and it was not a refer to drawer not enough funds. Then I have receive sms messages for this account and I need to make a payment of R150.00 this was the amount that I have stopped, no one at the shop told me that there will be a last payment, After phoning the call centre and talked to the gentlemen, he said it seems that I have requested the contract must be closed. Just before the end of June I have visit Mimosa Mall Cell C again, then they explain to me that I have to pay the amount of R150.00. When the money went trough my account I have left that so that they can get their money and it was paid. I've been victimized by receiving ongoing sms messages. Cell C can go back to my records and see that I have been a loyal customer for many years, not one payment was skipped. Is this what we get for Loyalty??? Hope I can comeback with a smiley face
