I have cancelled my gym contract after the contract expired, and according to the consultant that helped me I was in time so no more debit orders will go trough. After 2 weeks I followed up the cancellation and it was not cancelled and the lady re-done the cancellation. End November double debit order went trough. I spoke to the general club manager, and was told that they will refund my money, and after lots of mails passing around he promised to sort everything out. I have never heard of him since and it is 3 months later. My husband went twice to the gym and was told that we will be refunded with in 16 days. 1 month later and still no feedback or response from any one at the gym. We went there again today, 01.03.2013 and was helped by the admin manager. He was telling us that the gym was under other management and the staff worked that time was not competent and their knowledge was not up to standard on what was going on at the gym. He told us we can't do nothing and cannot get our money back. I'm not leaving it there, I want back what is own to us. If you just miss one months payment you get blocked till it's payed. But when they need to pay money back they are full of stories..
