Bad bad service

I bought a special of hair extensions trough groupon in October 2012. I never received the product and my groupon got redeemed and never refunded or credited back. I sent email after email over the past few months but no reply besides just a "rate our service form". I tried calling numerous times as well but never got trough. I am highly disappointed that I waisted so much money on a product that I felt was a .. I can deal with losing out on a couple of hundred but this was over R1300! This makes me feel sick to my stomach! I will never purchase anything from the website again! Be very very careful before purchasing anything trough groupon because they do not research and inspect suppliers and deals as they claim.
