Waiting too long

Good day

On sunday i went to American Swiss to pay for an account. There was already 2 customers being helped by one lady (not sure if she is Vuyo or the other one). As i thought this lady was the only one at the till i waited. She related a long story to the customer about a jewelery named Van Der Bank. This other lady (both didnt wear their name tags) was just standing there doing whatever. As i was about to walk out cause my baby was starting to cry she then only called me. What i was upset about is that the place is so small whenever someone walks in the decent thing to do was to acknowledge the person which the both of them didnt do. She (Vuyo?) only reacted when i wanted to walk out. What type of service is that? If you not doing anything and has access to the use of the till why not help the second person. Bad bad Service American Swiss. And teach employees to adress people whenever they walk into your shops.
