Stay away from this company!!!

Hi,

I should have cancelled this insurance when I first had the chance however when I tried they lowered my insurance and promised me that my access would stay the same. There was no point where they told me when they were trying to retain me that my access was just a basic access as they keep repeatint it to me now that I am trying to claim. The consultants are something else, particularly Anmarie Grundlingh with her very condescending attitude. They should actually teach their consultants how to deal with disgruntled clients.
I would NEVER EVER recommend this insurance to anyone I know!!! Fly by night insurance. Rather stick to reputable insurance companies that you are certain will pay out and not give you stories when you are claiming!!
