I am here to see a home loans consultant. I have been sitting here for more than an hour. The person that is supposed to help has been walking around and now suddenly someone jumped the que before myself. When asked why they answer is that he has been notified off us

This is the worst branch of standard bank I have ever seen.

I was here previously as well about two weeks ago and sat here for an hour and a half then decided to walk out as no one could give you any information.
