NO Feedback regarding Home Loan

Std Bank Home Loans are really the worst! First our application was done wrong even though we asked the consultant about it. Almost 2 weeks later I discovered the problem after phoning Home Loans quite a few times. A second application was filled in but once again there is a problem. However nobody can explain to me what the problem is and if I hadn't phoned I once again wouldn't have know there is a problem!!! We have been struggling for 3 week now, our offer to purchase is almost expiring and I am really fed up! Going to move my Std bank account to Nedbank who had an answer within a week even though I don't bank with them.

Really Pathetic service!
