Worst service

Today I came 1o'clock at the bank in peak hour at festival mall's standardbank branch I was standing in the row for bulk tellers I waited 1 hour for to be helped only one cubical was available when I came there and wanted to withdraw money only then the lady told me I had to place an order to withdraw the amount that I wanted. After an hour I had to hear that nobody was on the floor to help me its the most worst service ever from any other branches that the people walk around and help you. Does the people know what service means. I'm a long time client of standard bank. It already shows me that the reason to change to fn
