I requested a Home Loan and did all the work online as far as I could. I got the reference number and the instructions to take some information to the bank. I did this and all the branch did was fax the information through to home loans. This was done over 2 weeks ago and I still do not have any feedback (positive or negative). Yesterday I filled in the "contact me" form on the Standard Bank website, requesting some feedback and giving all the details available. Still no feedback. It seems that Standard Bank does not want to make money any more as I am sure that if I approached other banks I would be in a better position already.
