STANDARD BANK - VERY POOR BANKING!!

Half an hour ago I did an online transaction with STANDARD BANK, where I firstly registered as a beneficiary, through the company I work for, (Std Bank Acc) I then paid my salary into an FNB account. With in a few minutes I received an SMS from Standard Bank... showing that the sum I had transferred... had been paid into ANOTHER unknown account!!! I made five phone calls to the Standard Bank number mentioned in the SMS, for help. Every time noone was able to help me.
The one operator I spoke to, told me my ID number did not register on their system...!! How is all this possible with what is supposed to be a MODERN banking company??
Since I registered as a signatory on this STANDARD BANK account, this is the fourth error that has occurred in a matter of 10 days... can anyone out there tell me of a worst bank than this...? Sheer frustration at horrendously bad service.
